China Executive Leadership Programs

读中文

Global Education and Training (GET) was formed in July 2015 through the consolidation of the China Executive Leadership Programs (CELP) and Illinois International Training (IIT). GET draws on the experience of CELP and IIT in the development of executive education for businesses, government agencies, professional organizations, and academic institutions, as well as thematic programs for students.

Today, CELP continues to provide superior, custom-designed executive education programs through collaboration with GET. With more than 6,000 program alumni, CELP is highly regarded as a top training program from the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) in China.

SAFEA Rating

GET and CELP training programs consistently receive high marks from Chinese partner institutions in formal feedback submitted to SAFEA’s evaluation system. Currently, GET and CELP have a favorability rating of 99.31% on a 100% scale.

Program Highlights

CELP participants acquire technical and leadership skills through their professional development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, improving their organization’s global competitiveness and enriching its understanding between the United States and China. Participants return to China with new perspectives and knowledge gained from quality, practical training in their fields, using the latest practices and techniques.

Participants will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience about academic life and culture at a top American university. All classes will be taught in English and will culminate with a week of travel in the United States. Students who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Recognition.
